Tuesday, February 10, 2009 employees at Columbus Bank and Trust, our Partner in
Education, came out to show us some of their hobbies. Here is a sample of
the many hobbies we had.

Ms.
Vacquer's Pre-K class was visited by Colby Malloy who brought her
horse along to show her hobby horses.

Mrs.
Felton's third grade class and Mr. Frierson's Alternative Learning
class were visited by Chris Wiggins who shared his hobby scuba
diving.

Mrs. Aplin's second grade
class and Mrs. Truesdale's fourth grade class were treated to
balloon animals with Alton Garnto.

Mrs. Andrew's fourth
grade class made their own scrap books.

Bryant's fourth grade class learned all about drafting and
architecture with Jenny Smith.
Mrs. Johnston's and Mrs.
Swords' Kindergarten classes had a great time playing with the pug
that Carol Brown brought.
Ms. Holt's Pre-K class
enjoyed singing with Ryne Stokes.
Ms. Wilson's second grade
class learned all about camping in the great outdoors with Haley
McBrayer.
Ms. Gardner's
Kindergarten class had a blast doing tennis drills with Norris
Medina.
Mrs.
Leigh's class had a visit from royalty with Mr. and Miss Columbus
State University.
Mrs.
Watson's class enjoyed a good game of BINGO with Trae Cook.
Ms.
Day's class enjoyed making Bananas Foster with Duanne Warner.
Dr.
Kendrick's class learned all about art with Angela Holcey.
Ms.
Moore's first grade class and Mrs. Hatter's Kindergarten went hog
wild with motorcycles.
